I'm pretty sure he made the torsos, heads, and shoulder pads.

The legs are just Assault and Black Reach terminator legs with the emblems shaved off. I thought the chaos ones were just too much bling and of course are much more expensive.

Shoulders, heads, and torsos are probably a recast of an old FW kit or they may be original sculpts from a third-party source other than puppetwar, chapterhouse, etc. They come up on ebay once in awhile and are usually called "galaxy knights". The top of the staff is part of the tail from the Necrosphinx kit.
