Excellent pose! Very intimidating and dynamic with great use of the pieces. As for the paint scheme your bark colour have lovely depth but my eyes is drawn away from the focus of the model to the light coloured upper of the right leg, im not sure this change in tone works. On a personnel note some variation in colour on the magic vines coming out the hand and of the body joints between the bark would help both move the eye around the model and add definition and interest, you could also tie the sword into the model more by adding those colours to the etched runes and to the eyes and mouth in a more prominent fastion! Over all id be very happy with that piece good work.
