I think this could do well in a friendly game with the change in reserve rules and the added Objective Secured USR:

HEADQUARTERS:

Belial, TH/SS 190
Librarian, lvl 2, TDA, force axe, SB, displacer field 155

DW Termies (x5), 1x TH/SS, 1x CML 250
DW Termies (x5), 1x TH/SS, 1x CML 250
DW Termies (x5), 2x TH/SS, 1x AC 250
DW Termies (x5), 2x TH/SS, 1x AC 250

ELITES:

Mortis Pattern Mrk V Dreadnought, dual TLAC (Skyfire + Interceptor) 125
Venerable Dreadnought, MM, HF, EA, pod, deathwind launcher 195

TOTAL: 2000

I like it. And I think it will definitely be fun.

My one concern is if you go second you will have to place the Mortis dread on the table alone. It will have to take all the fire or put itself in a position that is out of LOS. Other than that I don't really see a huge problem.

I made a similar list but utilized some more pods. Also, if you want to try and add an Inquisitor you can take servo skulls to help with the deep strikes (lik90% sure on that). They can't deathwing assault unfortunately though :/

If going second I could stick the dakka dread in reserve and let it arrive later in the game; obviously the DWA would have to occur on turn 1 but it's an option. Also I could try to keep it out of line of sight altogether if I'm not facing things that don't require los to shoot or pods.

Thanks for the feedback, not sure how much Inquisition stuff I could squeeze in that list without dropping something critical. And the Dark Angels don't particularly like the Inquisition nosing into their business anyway

This is true. My drop list just had lots of psychic and I was surprised at how cheap and good Inquisition stuff can be.

I would probably keep the dread on the table turn 1. If you reserve it there's a chance it comes in so late that it won't be able to do anything, or be so far out of range that it wont be of use. But it's up to you really. I'd love to get one myself.
