[SZAREKH THE SILENT KING]
Spoiler:
WS5 BS5 S5 T5 W3 I3 A3 LD10 SV2+
Unit Type: Character (unique, Infantry)
Wargear: Sempiternal Weave, Phase Shifter, Orb of Osirion, The Aeonic Blade, The Chariot of Starlight
Special Rules: Independent Character, Ever-Living, Reanimation Protocols, Fearless, Adamantium Will, Triarch Command, Echo of Betrayal
Warlord Trait: Intimidating Presence

The Aeonic Blade
Forged using a fragment of a star, much like the devastating Aeonic Orbs, this weapon was used during the attack on the C'Tan. As it can render even a C'Tan's necrodermis useless, the effect on anything else, be it physical or warp-spawned, is nothing short of horrific.
Range: - / Str: +2 / AP: 1 / Melee, Master-Crafted, Fleshbane, Instant Death

The Orb Of Osirion
The energies within this device are of greater magnitude than regular orbs. It is able to regenerate damaged Necrons with greater degrees of success.
Any Necrons within 6" of Szarekh, including Szarekh himself, gain +1 to Reanimation Protocols, and can re-roll failed attempts.

The Chariot of Starlight
Szarekh's personal and well-armed vehicle.
The Chariot of Starlight is a Catacomb Command Barge with +1 Armour on all facings. Additionally, as long as Quantum Shielding is in effect, it will never count as being an Open-Topped vehicle.

Triarch Command
Szarekh is the Silent King, and ruler of the original Necrontyr Triarch. All Necrons will serve him, lest they find themselves truly dead.
Szarekh must be your Warlord if he is in your army. Additionally, he makes Triarch Praetorians a Troops choice, and Triarch Stalkers a Heavy Support choice.

Echo of Betrayal
Thoughts of his eon-long mistake haunt him to this day. The Silent King will never forgive himself for being fooled by the C'Tan into transforming his entire race.
An army that includes Szarekh can never take C'Tan Shards or Transcendant C'Tan.

[LORD APHOKAH]
Spoiler:
WS4 BS4 S4 T4 W2 I2 A* LD10 SV2+
Unit Type: Character (Unique, Jump Infantry)
Wargear: Canoptek Weave, Gauntlet of Scarabs
Special Rules: Independent Character, Fearless, Revenant, Deadly Demise

Canoptek Weave
The Necron Lord known as Aphokah is composed entirely of Canoptek Scarabs, each of which carries a portion of his consciousness.
Aphokah benefits from a 2+ Armour save and the Feel No Pain special rule. Additionally, he gets D6 Attacks per turn. Lastly, he can move as though he were a Beast, but also carries the Swarms special rule (and therefore vulnerable to Blast weapons).

Gauntlet of Scarabs
Although technically a part of Aphokah himself, this attack has the appearance of an independent weapon, showering scarabs over those unfortunate enough to be in it's path.
Range: Template / Str: 4 / AP: - / Assault 1, Entropic Strike, Ignores Cover

Revenant
Due to his unpredictable nature, other Necron forces prefer to keep Aphokah at a reasonable distance.
Aphokah can never be the army's Warlord, nor can he join other Necron units or independent characters.

Deadly Demise
If Aphokah is somehow slain, he will explode his form outwards, ensuring that even his killer does not survive the relentless devouring of the scarabs that once made his form.
When Aphokah is slain, roll 2D6 and place that many Canoptek Scarabs where Aphokah's model was. If slain in close-combat, the killing model or unit takes 2D6 Strength 4 AP- hits instead.

Seems ok, just wondering how you priced him? He doesn't seem to do a whole lot for your army while being over 300pts! Also Beam is a psykic power type, not a weapon rule, you will need to come up with a different rule which does the same thing.

WIP for Navgran the Eternal:
- Cryptek stats
- all gear for a Harbinger of Transmutation (does not prevent other HoT from taking same gear)
- Resurrection Orb
- Eternal Warrior
- It Will Not Die
- able to re-roll failed Reanimation Protocols attempts

WIP for Thaszar the Invincible:
- Overlord stats
- 2+ and 3++ saves
- his "Dispersion Blades" (MC Hyperphase Swords) can deflect enemy shooting on a successful armour or invulnerable save roll of 6 (Destroyer weapons will ignore this if their effect roll is a 6)
- Stubborn USR

WIP for "Overlord made entirely of Scarabs":
- 2+ save and FnP (6)
- has D6 Attacks instead of a static value
- has the same weaknesses as Swarms (blast templates, etc)
- slaying him causes XD6 Canoptek Scarab bases to spawn (these gain Hatred against the model/unit that landed the killing blow)

Let me know...

Between

I did something similar - a Cryptek in my case, maybe my rules will offer some inspiration;

Arch Canopteknician P'tahB'k..................180 points
P'tahB'k is the originator responsible for the heuristic algorithms that permit Canoptek units to operate independently of direct control. He is also the one who designed the basic platform for the common Spyder and Scarab units.

Special Rules: Resurrection Protocols, Ever-living, Independant Character, Entropic Attacks, Upgrades, The Swarm

Wargear: Staff of Light, Fabricator Claw

Upgrades: At the start of the battle, select a single Canoptek unit (Wraiths, Scarabs, or Spyders) in the army. That unit rolls 1d6 and gains a special rule dependant on the following table:
Code:
Dice Rule
1-2 | Hit and Run
3-4 | Counter Attack
5 | Furious Charge
6 | All of the above

The Swarm: Much of P'tahB'k's body is made up of millions upon millions of winged scarabs, and he has the ability to dissolve into a cloud of small, flying machines. At the start of any turn, he may elect to become Jump Infantry, gaining four wounds, two attacks and the Stealth and Vulnerable to Blasts USRs but becoming Toughness 3. He retains this state until he chooses to dismiss it at the start of his turn. When he leaves Swarm form, his remaining wounds are halved to determine his remaining wounds - however, he may never have more than six wounds at any one time.

"That time I only loaded the cannon with powder. Next time, I will fill it with jewels and diamonds and they will cut you to shrebbons!" - Nogbad the Bad.

Silent King seems really weirdto me. It is very expensive but doesn't bring much for its cost except for the re-rolls on RP.

TP, Stalkers and C'tan shards aren't a good pick anyway.

He would only be taken for the re-rolls and for that, he is far too expensive.

Imo

BUMP: Re-design of all homebrew necron characters. I figured that they needed a do-over, so here it is. So far only two characters are in, but there will be more.
