I carry with me an Inquisitorial Seal. It is a small, unassuming object contained in a neat box of Pluvian obsidian. It is a modest thing. Relatively plain, adorned with a single motif and a simple motto. Yet with this little object I can sign the death warrant of an entire world and consign a billion souls to Oblivion.

Helbrecht assaulted his ship and fight all the way to the Imotech. Then the coward run like crying little girl rather then face angry marine. That didn't help his flagship or his fleet dough, Helbrecht destroyed any vessel that didn't manage to escape and crush Imotech's flagship into the sun. That must have been some firework

You know, this was a nice thread about people quoting cool things. We don't need your blind patriotism here ruining that. And "running for your life" is just about the only sensible thing one can do when a situation is vastly against you. Only idiots or suicidal people stick around when defeat is certain. Even your precious marines know that. Necrons don't feel emotions now anymore than they used to. Now kindly leave the fanboyism for a thread where it is relevant and on topic.

My favourite quote:
"Adversary, know that your squalid colony rests upon a rightful crownworld of the Novokh Dynasty. Know also that whilst your presence cannot be tolerated, we are bound by code of honour to allow you opportunity to withdraw. You are therefore granted one solar month, commencing at the termination of this transmission, to remove all traces of your presence. If you fail to accept this generous offer, my armies shall conclude these negotiations. We advise you not to mistake honourable warning for lack of resolve." - Ultimatum received by Governor Mendican Harrow of hive world Dhol VI.

I love that a hive world is described as a "squalid colony".

He is mentioned right before the text said that the Templars launched their boarding craft into Imptech's ship. I assume that he was also with his Marines on that ship, after all he is one wanting to face him in battle. Now if you still persist that he was not there - you just don't know anything about Templars or Marines in that manner.

My argument is: Necrons are cowards, as Imogirl presented here. It's easy when you have 3x more forces then your enemy, but when facing even or superior army ... well he showed his pride right there.

Now back to the OT:

It doesn't mention anything about Helbrecht boarding the Conquerer. I know plenty about marines, just because you choose to make up crap or "Assume" things that aren't true, to support your postilion doesn't make it right, or someone else less knowledgeable about the subject.

My argument is: Necrons are cowards, as Imogirl presented here. It's easy when you have 3x more forces then your enemy, but when facing even or superior army ... well he showed his pride right there.

So, when the Templars retreated from Schrodinger, that made them cowards? There was nothing about the Templars being outnumbered there. Just being tactically outwitted. What about when the Silver Skulls retreated? Are they cowards as well?

Making a tactical withdrawal when you know the outcome of the battle is a loss, is not being a coward, It's being smart. Unless you want to consider Space Marines cowards, because they have made numerous tactical withdrawals throughout their history.

.So quite trying to make moronic one-sided statements and twisting facts, to support your blind fanboyism.

Point of the story: Imogirl is a coward, yes he beat Helberth in combat. But later he run away after he saw the true fury of the Emperor's servant, he is not so full of himself when he doesn't outnumber his enemies.

Ahahahahaha.

No. Try reading the story. Imotekh wanted to stay. Unfortunately he's not able to fight his programming anymore than a human can fight their survival instinct, and his logic engines forced him to retreat because logically defeat was inevitable. I guess all those Marines who retreat from certain death are girls and cowards too. Good to know. Now stop trolling, get back to the topic of the thread or kindly stop talking altogether.
