Man, its about time someone did a really nice looking Star Wars army. Love the Clone Troopers, and I can't wait to see what you do with the Jedi! Great work so far, keep it up!

Nope. They are Dark eldar warrior legs and arms. They came in really handy because they lack real detail so its easy to convert them.

Alright here we go. This is probably one of the reasons I started all of this...

The Republic Gunship is I guess 1 of the most awesome Sci-fi vehicles ever. This idea has been in my head for quite some time now, and now I finally got the experience and skill to make of it what I wanted it to be.

Nope. Not only have I guns to count-as them, plus I Don't really really like them.

Forgot to mention this though. The inner floor is magnetized and since my models are weighted with nickels they can stand firm in the Gunship:

Now I am dealing with a problem. The canopy in particular..
The canopy that is from the Valkyrie kit is just to square and boxy..
I want the canopy to look more round and sleak. Converting it is then. So I went looking online for materials, an came across this website:

They cary a large variety of plastic tubes and rods, even the ones I am looking for. Everything is going as planned, I make an account select my stuff add to basket you know the drill, go to checkout...

Error: No Shipping options are available. Wtf?!
Sent them an E-mail asking what could be the problem. Haven't heard anything from them yet. My guess is they don't ship to the beautiful Netherlands where I am from.

So what now? Couldn't find a store here that has a variety of plastics like The Clear Plastic Shop.
So yeah.. that's kinda a bummer.

If anyone can help me find a good alternative for it.

I am looking for a clear plastic tube size: 20 mm diameter 2 mm thick length at least 50 cm. And a clear plastic rod: 6 mm diameter, 50 cm long.

Any help would be appreciated!

Well, update on the canopy problem.
Seems that the Plastic web shop doesn't deliver outside the UK. shame.

Gotta find another way then to make the canopy's *sigh*

Srry dude got no idea where to look for tubes, I googled clear acrylic tube craft and got a few sites that might be of use but don't know if those are what you are looking for.

Lol edit, site i was looking at was for bulk purchases for companies.
Maybe ask your local arts and craft or look around budget stores, I'm sure there will be stuff you can alter for your needs.
