Well once the tears have dried and the memories drift away it will be cool to see what this scheme is you have in mind
Yes I saw you had cut down the barrel I did wonder what the thought process was behind that but makes sense now, hey if it has no ammo you could have just added a wedge of metal to the barrel and used it as a battering ram open buildings easily.
As for the front hatch remember its the "rule of cool"

Looking good man! I'm very curious to see how you'd do more organic stuff like furs or wood, maybe nice for a future vehicle.

Ouch! That sucks, and I completely understand your lack of desire to continue for a few days. Droppage and works-in-progress are rarely a good mix.
However, good to hear you're back to it, and as has already been said, it's not an accident, it's a carefully designed wrecking of the tank in order to rebuild it in a life-like manner

Post Apocalyptic Chieftain Tank Hello all, well it's now in a state were i can drop a few pics, this is stage 1, stage 2 will be a simple wasteland desert base, stage 3 i'll add the 'girls'..... a few pointers, the sights have be painted over the girls don't need'em they like to paint over everything! they just point and flame! this is set in a wasteland that's in permanent sun shine a bit like the post apoc film 'Hell' so no need for lights............(there still in the kitchen some where, that's where i dropped it!)...............no tow cables? it's probably the only working Chieftain about, so whose going to tow it! a bit more stowage will be added later but not much, all they need is in the turret, fuel?.........who knows? it's Post Apoc they get what they need!... i'm just waiting for some really nice MENG MODELS clear water bottles to arrive in post then they can be added, so for now enjoy guy's. cheers AL
