A mate has made my son a plasticard warhound. I am a little speechless!

I have that same problem, and I know many others do too, where you start a project before finishing the last one.
I find myself constantly surrounded by unfinished work, and their always large complicated projects too .

Nice work on the mek encampment by the way.

I had better finish this one then!

My lad has asked if it can have lights, I am thinking: Mek sign, flickering brazier and some interior lights in one of the huts.

Mocked up the sign with a red led

Moving on, rivet cramps are already setting in! Not sure whether to light up the sludge pit or just to have a clear resin, green slime....

Needs a pile of wheels and a few other half made vehicles and bits around, also grills in the windows and some doors.

Pretty happy with it though and in 'glue drying' times I'm even putting paint onto the other hut.

Thinking an Ork Promethium station next.....

So I was making a guard squig for the Mek Slum and I needed to rebuild his 'mane' with a bit of Milliput. I mixed too much and decided to make some tentacles with the left overs.... Now I have started a Nurgle Vindicator

Oooh looks very gribbly. Nice effect on the side door. Like it's about to burst. Pulled it off perfectly.

And I like the mek town too

It all looks good so far except the door should be redone. Firstly and most importantly, the round tops of the wood instantly betray the fact that they're popsicle sticks. Secondly, the width also does the same to a lesser extent, so if I were you I'd cut the ends off, rough them up, then snap them vertically and then make the door.

Ah no, that's deliberate. It's a copy of a shed door on a country lane near me, it's also still in its raw form. The size is matched to 28mm orks and is about spot on, if I was making Imperial scenery I'd do it very differently but this is orks.

Really awesome. The tentacles on the nurgle vindicator are really popping out.

Now coming from a plasticard genius like yourself that is a massive complement, I am a long way from your levels

Work is so annoying! Always getting in the way of hobbytime. Just sat down to paint my vindicator and have to zoom over to Manchester to deal with an issue

Only managed a quick red wash on the body pile

So I accidentally bought Deathstorm and the 'Wrath of the Hive Mind'.... Talk about not sticking to the script!

Gone for a quite traditional Red and Bone scheme to allow for speedy basecoat, dip, eyes and teeth process.

Knocked up some twin linked Devourers too

Really enjoying following your work. I love the creativity shown in the scenery you have created, can't wait to see more.
