Thanks for forgeting SOB jerk. Here's the thing, SOB are, using your ordering which is close but not 100% what I believe of the armies, above Dark Eldar and below KDK. They are very strong against vehicle heavy armies and they are very strong against NEAR meta lists, and even have a reasonable matchup against Necrons.
