Growlin' Guntrukk Driver with Killacannon

First of all, let me say that this list wasn't built by me, my friends messed around with it at tournaments with some success in 5th edition. I joined them in playing it, with some amount of success myself. Let me explain the idea behind it, its a Spacewolves list with Logan Grimnar and wolfguard troops. The theme of the list is "Use lots of missile launchers, present no armor for your opponent's anti-vehicle spam, wear down your opponents with a hail of bolter and missile fire before going for the throat with a massive charge." The list is as follows. HQ: The Great Wolf, Logan Grimnar HQ: Rune Priest (I used to take Jaws and Tempest, but totally uncertain what to take, or if he's even worth taking with the new psychic phase. He's got some 10 point upgrade on him but now I totally can't remember what it was.) Elites: (2x) Lone Wolf with TDA, SS, Chainfist (I see no reason to change these this edition they're still fairly good, and MCs are very popular) Elite: Five Wolf Scouts with Meltagun still seem good Troop: 10 Wolf Guard, 2 Terminators with: Cyclone launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolf Guard with: Combi Melta, Power Fist. 2 Wolf Guard with: Combi Plasma the wolfguards are the heart of the army, this blob is usually where I put logan, I could also take one of the combi-melta guys either from this unit or one of the smaller units and put them into the wolf-scouts. Every now and then we would take some of the boltgun marines and stick them into the Long Fang units as "honorable bullet catchers" Troop: 7 Wolf Guard, 1 Terminator with: Cyclone Launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolfguard with Combimelta. Troop: 5 Wolf Guard, 1 Terminator with Cyclone Launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolfguard with Combimelta. Heavy Support: 15 Longfangs with 12 missiles between them. The list comes to 1850 points, there's also a 2000 point version with a few more wolfguard squads. I had a lot of fun playing this list in 5th edition. Its a shooting army that never stops moving, I can keep walking the TDA squads around and continue to throw out crak missiles, I also don't lose any of my assault punch (and if they wanna attack me they'll have to eat a hail of boltgun fire and THEN my counter-attack) My question is, can I modify this list to work in 7th edition? Should I abandon the Rune Priest all together? Should I try out TWC? Edit: Been working on some changes to it based on my own observations. They are as follows. HQ: The Great Wolf, Logan Grimnar (I took out the rune priest, yes he provides some psychic defenses but a Wolf-Tail talisman actually works better, and to make the Rune Priest rock in CC I would have to give him so many upgrades he'd never make his points back.) Elites: Lone Wolf with TDA, SS, Chainfist Elites: Lone Wolf with TDA, SS, Chainfist, Wolf (I was tinkering with points values and I decided to put a wolf on one of these guys) Elite: Five Wolf Scouts with Meltagun Troop: 10 Wolf Guard, 2 Terminators with: Cyclone launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolf Guard with: Combi Melta, Power Fist. 2 Wolf Guard with: Combi Plasma Troop: 7 Wolf Guard, 1 Terminator with: Cyclone Launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolfguard with Combimelta. Troop: 5 Wolf Guard, 1 Terminator with Cyclone Launcher, Chainfist. 2 Wolfguard with Combimelta. Fast Attack: 8 Fenrisian wolves This is probably the biggest change. I was wondering what kind of unit to invest those extra points in, because I had some even after adding in the lascannons, and then I found it, a tough, screening unit that can chew up light units in close combat! They can screen my advance, and tear up my opponents more vulnerable bits. Heavy Support: 5 Longfangs, 2 missiles, 2 lascannons Heavy Supports: (2x) 5 Longfangs, 4 missiles (I decided that to punch through vehicles, thanks to the changes in the damage chart, some AP 2 might be useful, especially against land raiders and stormraven gunships
