Dark Angels Neophyte Undergoing Surgeries

Just got a bargain bag of fantasy orcs to start my army, some of them are 40k, some fantasy. will have to heavily convert stuff.
But I can not identify this little fellow (whom i got about 40 models of). Please help

Its a gretchin from the 2nd edition box set. You got about 20 of them along with a bunch of monopose orks and marines.
|

40, IIRC... It was two ten-man squads of Marines, 20 Ork boys, 40 Gretchin and the cardboard cutout Ork Dreadnought.
Painting all 40 of those identical little buggers was an awesome exercise in patience.
