It's hard to pick out some of the detail on the left hand side because of the lighting, but from what I can see, I like the blending on the cloak.

Nice work!

The metal looks grainy. I think you needed to shake your matt varnish can a bit longer before you sprayed him... It's not that bad, though. The model still looks good.

Because this was one of the first models I ever painted I had not yet discovered the glory of spray primer so I was using the citadel imperial primer

Your Imotekh looks okay, but I'd put far more effort into the back of his cloak.

This is Imotekh! One of the greatest commanders in the entire galaxy. Do him justice, damn it.

I going to be honest, doenst look great but look right, i recommend to add some wash, if you dont want to put much effort just give him a thin layer of nuln oil, is good to mark the shades and details on the metals, but if you want more detail make a 1:1 of nul oil and agryn flesh (that is the old name) to give the feel that is a really old metal, you cand add rust witha a technique i discovery, make a mix 1:2 of blazing orange (again, is the old name, dont know the nerw name sorry) and ogryn flesh, water down a littel the mix and put it on the articulations, left it to dry and make a new mix, this time with blazing orange, ogryn flesh and caltan bronw, it gives a nice rust effect without the need of pigments, give it a try, make some test and more importantly, practice
