When the Mek Gunz were announced, a lot of people talked about conversions, to avoid GW's steep price for their otherwise excellent kit - but I haven't seen many yet.

Here are my new Kustom MegaKannons:

Those are really great! I've got a friend who'll need to make up some and I hadn't thought of using the Gorkamorka Tracks, so I'll 'borrow' that idea if that's ok?

Go for it. I have a lot of ancient Gorkamorka stuff - am currently working out how to turn the nasty old trukk model into a chassis for a Traktor Kannon

These are wonderful. You could have fooled me into thinking they are official models.

Thanks. I deliberately used nothing but GW bits (and a small amount of plasticard) and kept close to the official model dimensions, to make them fit the look of GW's own orky models and keep them 'legal' in even the fussiest tournament.

They are for sale, once I knock up some crew to go with them, but alas I suspect postage costs to the UK would be too expensive for you :(

Postage to/from AUS/UK has always been bad, but you probably would worry too much about weight, it would just be the size of the package really, as you would need to wrap them well to stop damaging.
But then again, whats a price on a very well made and painted model, i dont think you can if your a collector.

The standard model is roughly 50mm wide, 80mm long (including the weapon barrel) and 60mm high, but varies slightly depending on which gun it has.
