Who do you call when your men are cowering in fear,.. the nearest Commissar. To tell you the truth I never really use commissars in my army but I've always liked the models.

Neat. A bit of a subdued palette, and some well done flesh. I feel like the red is a bit flat though, in need of either shading or a highlight. Considering the overall tone, I lean towards shading.

Looks good. I'd second shading the red, though, and possibly try a thin purple wash on the flesh (sounds odd, but it works!)
