Hey everyone, I was looking through my old 40 k stuff and I found my old custom dreadnought that I made, not really a space marine fan anymore, I was thinking about selling it on ebay, would I get much for it??? Its painted in Dark angels colours and has two orks, one getting crushed in the power claw and the other getting trampled on. Thanks

Wow. Anti gravity dreadnought. Lol.
Not sure what you'd get on ebay, but probably a lot less than retail. Unless you get a dark angels player to buy it of course.
Its not that it isn't good work, just that people tend to want mi is that fit into they're existing armies

Honestly, not much.
While the pose and modeling surely is funny, the paintjop is, while clean, barely tabletop standard. Doesn't even look like theres a wash on it. No basing either.
So you're prolly looking at selling it under retail value, likely a lot under..
If you want to sell it higher, strip it clean, then you might fetch retail or even a slight premium if someone likes the orks and dislikes assembly (IF the assembly is clean /w no mould lines)

Yeah, almost nothing. I bought most of my list second-hand (can't afford GW prices) and only buy clean, preferably not assembled either. Even in-box second hand is much cheaper than GW, and the painted models sell for much, much less (unless of course it's a brilliant, professional paint job) amd most of those seem to be Dark Angels too.
