I trying to paint these good but I can never get a good thin highlight line like on the box any tips?

These look great. The pink is well done.

As for tips, I've never been a great highlighter. I would recommend youtube for tips. Also, a deep purple wash may help add some contrast to the armor.

If I were you I'd try to edge highlight the black with grey paint, it takes a very long time but the results are worth it. Hope this helps.

these are looking good pal. seconded the washes. these will give a shadow, which is a necessary opposite to a highlight, and thus will compliment the highlight effect. you cant have one without the other..as frank sinatra once said. as for highlights, get a super thin brush. i use a 4/0 and use the side of it laterally down the edge requiring highlights.

I like the ghost looking parts but I feel when I highlight the black I take steps backwards.

Firstly, get a wash or two on there. Something which can unify the entirety of the models.

Then if you are struggling with the 'linework' style highlights, you can simply do some careful drybrushing over the areas you wish to accentuate.
