hey guys zinogre here hope your all doing well, i have recently just started an empire army that is in the early stages of development but getting there slowly. i thought that it would be a good idea to catalogue my armies development. the idea behinnd the army as you have probably guessed is to retake the drakwald and beastslayer (her runefang). im slowly working towards a 1500pt list that is as follows:

general of the empire with some shiny stuff
lvl4 death wizard with scroll
bsb
40x halberdiers all of which will be converted.
20x corssbowmen (again converted)
10 knights of the empire( again converted)
and 6 demigryph knights.
posibly a cannon if points are spare.

the reason for all of the conversions is because i would like my empire to be unique in more than just colour schemes( also i cant stand the empire pyjama wearing watermelon sized codpiece' known formerly as state troops so)................chocks away old chaps and some pics will be up shortly of the upcoming storm of hobby.........cheers in advance and happy hobbying

right sorry its a late post and i appologise in advance for the pictures as the camera causes quite the contrast in colours that are indestinguishable to the human eye. (aka it blends nicley but not on camera) hope you like here are four of 6 demigryphs.
i couldnt face painting anouther 2 tonight more tomorrow

Nice use of the Greatsword Box for your State Troops. Expensive but great.
Your demigryphs are looking nice but the flash really blurs the details. Hope you post pic when they are outside.

Hey guys i was just thinking that .....it might be cool to do a completely knight army. if so how would i convert knights as the current gw ones suck in my opinion. they are riding shetland ponies and not warhorses. all help is very much appreciated many thanks
