Here are the various pieces of my Thousand Sons army so far. Getting a couple of Hell Blades to use in place of Hell Drakes eventually. Also a few more Rhinos.

I LOVE IT! I am not super sold on the teal but it works it’s just not my favorite. But this is good, would you mind notating some of the suppliers you used for alt pieces you use here. Either way great job can’t wait to see more, do you keep a WIP blog?

Nice work so far. The marines look good and I am a fan of the fire from the bolters.

I'm not really sold on your hellbrutes though. They don't look very Thousand Sonsy to me. They look more like Sons of Horus without all the iconography on them. Don't get me wrong, they're nice but kind of flat and nothing that shows which legion they belong to.

The rhinos are nicely done, and while i'm sure the vindicator looks great paint-wise, I have a hard time looking past the way you took the photos for it.

The doors on the rhinos came from Forge World. The trim, alternate Havoc Launcher, smoke launcher, search light, bolter drums came from The Dark Works (http://thedarkworks.bigcartel.com/) and the Vindicator proxy came from PuppetsWar.

I totally agree with you. I haven't taken more recent photos of them. The first one I painted was the one with the Lascannons, and I felt the same way you do. Very plain. I ended up doing some free-hand iconography on the legs and shoulder pieces of the Tzeentchian symbol as well as some egyptian style icons as well. I'll add another photo or two showing those when I can.

Thanks. Yea I got this wide-angle lens thing for my camera and was playing with it when I took the photos of the Vindicator. I just got my lighting setup for the rhino, so I should re shoot everything using that.

As for the fish eye lens... umm not the most useful for mini's as it distorts the shapes obviously but yeh awesome lens in general to own your rhino is sweet as
