Nice rust effects. Id suggest using some washes to enhance your painting. For example when i painted this guy i gave him pyrple guts, washed with agrax earthshade and highlighted in pink horror. Gave a lovely gut effect, and will help to pick out details

me too mate. inks are your best friends. they give you shadows, and help transition the gaps where 2 different colours meet.for exampl in your photo i can see a tiny bit of white in the dudes fingers. a shadow wash would remove that and give a more professional look. then you can pic out raised areas for highlights.
