I did up some drawings for a Ork warbuggy based on the VW WWII Kubelwagon. I made 2 versions. One is 3.9" x 2.2" and has the 4 doors seen on the original vehicle. The second one has trhe 2 rear doors removed and is 3.2" x 2.2". The drawing are ment to be printed on A4 or letter size card stock or transferred to styrene sheet. I did the later.
I'm not sure how to post an image that's hosted on flickr, so here's some links:
My second prototype. It's missing the fenders, as I was building this late at night and didn't want to wake my wife by boiling water in the kitchen.

I used 1mm styrene sheet and 1 x .5mm strips. and model cement. I used the drawing below. I attach the cut diagram to the sheet using Elmer's White glue (PVA) thinned with 70% alcohol. I spread this on the plastic and then press the paper in place. I make all my cut line with a blade of exact 0, including light scratches to indicate where the strips go. The the paper peels right off. I glued the strips on first then assembled the body, starting with the inner wheel wells onto the bottom plates.
Full size version with 4 doors. I'm thinking about mounting a pair of small tracks to replace the back wheels to build a skorcha.

The shortened version, missing the rear doors, but a more appropriate size for a warbuggy.
