The Dark Emissary from the Albion campaign was one of my favorite models. I'm really glad I was finally able to paint this model. I decided to go for a more forest wizard look instead of a dark lord look. Let me know what you think, thanks!

I loved that model. I used it as my Druid in an evil D&D campaign I was playing. That group would regularly loot the bodies of the fallen, and wasn't above killing someone who was at a negative HP rather than trying to stabilize them to get them back. I kept a tree shape spell ready to go just in case of that happening. Matter of fact, in the last game I played before I went back to college, that exact situation happened in a forest, and when I went into negative, I was able to crawl away (had the feat that allowed me to operate at up to -10 hp) and assume a tree form which stabilized me and hid me from the other players. They actually went looking for my corpse and were pissed off when they couldn't find it. The DM loved it though and when the advnture was published in Dungeon Magazine, there was a piece of artwork showing a tree with a distinct masked face watching the group.
Sorry for the tangent. Great paint job. Love the color scheme!
