Today I gathered my orks and went to a club to face an army of Eldar player. We wanted to set up a campaign, alas were short of time.
Both my friend and I are not hard powergamers, and what's more it was our first 7th ed game. What's even more ridiculous, neither me nor him faced each other's races, so it was an interesting experience for us.
So, here aare the rosters:
Mine:
Spoiler:

HQ:
Warboss - MA, Sticks, BPole
Warboss - PKlaw, Bike
BigMek - Bike, KFF, BPole
Elites:
generic MAN missile
Troops:
18 Choppaboyz w/ PKlaw Nob
20 Shootaboyz w/ Nob
10 Gretchin
Fast:
4 Rokkit Launcha Kopta
11 Bikers w/ Nob
Heavy:
2xBattlewagon w/ BShoota&Ram
4 Lobbas
Megaboss goes to choppaboys, Bikerboss goes to Koptas, and Mek to Bikes

His:
Spoiler:

I don't remember for sure, as I know little about Eldar, so it was approximately like this:
Farseer w/ Stones of Anath'lan and some weapon
Spiritseer
10 Guardian (am i right? troops ones) in Wave Serpent w/ Scatter laser&Holofields
10 Guardian in Wave Serpent w/ Scatter laser&Holofields
5 Wraithguards w/ template weapons in Wave Serpent w/ Scatter laser&Holofields
5 Wraithguards w/ non-template "antitank" weapons in Wave Serpent w/ Scatter laser&Holofields
2x5 Warp Spiders
Farseer was with one of guardian flocks and the spiritseer went to antitank wraithguards

Here is a general view of the table (sorry for bad quality and shots not from beginning. This was turn end of turn 2):

I was proxying wagons with these paper sheets.

Purge The Alien mission, so no job for grots. I deployed on the right and was going first. Lobbas to the fort (in the low right corner), trukks the highest, then koptas, near lava pools were wagons and bikes.
My opponent deployed serpents in a line (two visible and another two a little bit on the left). Warp spiders were in ruin in front of the serpent on the top.

Turn 1:
Everything rushes ahead. Soon I see a giant flaw in my deployment - Wagons and Bikes got stuck in a jam on the right of that lava pools. No casualties for difficult terrain to say nothing for 1 unlucky biker.
MAN missile drives to where the koptas on the shot are. No shooting or assault for orks, except for lobbas taking lives of 2 warp spiders.
Template Wraithguards disembark near trukk, warp spiders jump up to trukk and shoot it. BANG! - it explodes, killing 2 spiders. And all the MANz were mowed down by wraithguards' templates and shooting of the second unit of spiders. First Blood...
Bikers suffer significant casualties from serpents' dakka.

Turn 2:
WAAAAGH!!!
Choppaboyz' wagon heads to the units which killed the MANz, and so does the kopta squad. Koptas shoot to spiders (as it's the only enemy within charge range), killing 2 or 3 and then kills it in assault, consolidating behind the corner.
Wagons shoot in vain.
Shootaboyz disembark, run and charge spiritseers serpent with sheer 60 ATTACKS! Take 't out, pixies, we da mighty! It was real fun to roll 60 dices bringing 8 HPs stripped.
However, serpents nearly finish bikers, leaving Mek with a nob and 1 boy. Every eldar disembark and they demolished the whole mob of shootas. Such a pity these orkses didn't shoot a single shot..
Wraithguards moved up to koptas and literally gave 'em hell. None was spared except for the boss who was out of range. Spiders went up to the Mek.

Turn 3:
Grots arrive and as there were no counters they hide in a ruin trembling.
Choppa-loaded Wagon made its way through difficult terrain and disembarked the boys. With slugga shooting they slew one wraithguard.
And here come the moment of true drama Bikerboss, seing that choppaboys are going to catch buttloads of overwatch, assault wraithguards with courage and gets shredded. A moment later, Megaboss and Co. multicharge the wraithguards and their serpent and send them all to Hades.
Mek, being the only one of his squad alive, kills two remaining warp spiders with shooting and assault, consolidating to give invul for Megaboss and boys.
Lobbas kill 3 or 4 guardians, and another wagon rams a serpent head-on doing nothing.
Massive shooting destroys more than 10 boys and goes for Megaboss, but he uses his Lucky Sticks right in case. Mek is also slain. Farseer throws Terrify and Hallucinations to Boss but he overcomes it
One wagon wrecked by a serpent shooting at its butt.

Turn 4 - 6:
Megaboss is deprived of his whole retinue. But since the beginning of 4th turn he became really Fury Incarnate!!
He singlehandly wiped out squad of guardians, a serpent, denied hallucinations, overcame terrify and made the farseer and a single guardian (all that was left of the squad) run away from the table.
Alas, the last squad of wraithguards instagibbed him. Finita la comedia!

So I had grots and lobbas left on the board, he had 2 serpents and wraithguards w/ spiritseer.
We both got Slay The Warlord and he also got Linebreaker and First Blood.
Seem that he won, but I didn't get what was the score.

All in all, I loved the game, It was dynamic and there were a couple of intriguing twists.
The good:
Megaboss - he was definitely the star of the orky army! He did most of the damage, tanked absurd amounts of fire. I adore him and gonna take him anytime, perhaps with a couple of Nobz instead of boyz.
Boyz - they were nice workhorses. Wish shootaboys used their shootas anyway.
Wagons - they appeared to be amazingly tough. Front AV14 was capable of stopping eldar firepower.

Things that upset me:
MAN missile - seem that I was running it wrong. Maybe I should give them another try, but feeling less keen on them that was before.
Koptas&Bikerboss - their shooting was surprisingly nice. But I used them on the wrong target. Otherwise they must have performed better. Also I regret sacrificing the Boss.
Gretchins - nuff said. No counters - no use.
Lobbas - the greatest fool I was to put them in the very corner. If I brought them behind the ruin, they would earn their points better.

Time to finish. Feel free to criticize and to advise

P.S. Some shots:

Once again sorry for crappy pictures.

Nice game! Note, however, that both your listsa are quite competitive. Other than koptas and grots perhaps.

I'd recommend you to change a mek for a painboss on bike accompanied with max number of bikers and stick a bikerboss in there. Since you allready have a nice bikerstar, why not take max out of it. Spread koptas in 2 units of 2 and harrass/eat overwatch with them. Manz don't work good vs eldar usually cause they have enough weapons that instakill them. But that's where you need target priority to work for you. You have 3 other fast and deadly targets, so you have an option to either stick with them or shoot forward to drain fire. Your choice every time.

I do really like the advice and will definitely try it out. Thank you.
Just won't koptas suffer leadership in this case?

They will suffer leadership in both cases =) But a bikerstar is just really that delicious to pass. 14 bikes + nob + boss + painboss. This unit works wonders. I fielded koptas + boss back in 6-th when he had 5++ and ld reroll. Scout + h&r is good but it won't work really well out of small pt games due to koptas being not exceptionally durable and hit much less hard in mellee than bikers.

That's why 2 units of 2 - distraction units! Or even 2 units of 1 - to eliminate the problem with Leadership. And you pick up bikers for the freed up points.
