Hey all,

I recently moved to the northern Bronx (Pelham Bay) from Long Island and away from all of my friends that play, I'm looking to either find somewhere around my area that has consistent players or maybe just a few people that want to play, I have easy access to the city (but I'd rather not have to go there) and driving somewhere isn't an issue at all.

Also, I have a portable table I can set up, or bring somewhere (Don't have any terrain though).

I play:

Warhammer 40k
Warhammer Fantasy
Warmahordes
and Infinity

I'm not really looking for a super competitive group to play with, but I'm interested in whatever I can find, thanks!

follow me on tumblr.

Well, there is a very recent thread about the city a few posts down.

Here is an older one more specific to your area.

I’m north of Albany, so don’t have a lot of first hand info on stuff down state, but I know there are a number of people floating around down there.

Third Universe in Croton is a bit further for you. About 35 mins. We play 40k on Sundays and have a decent turn out. Free to play and no table fee

I work in Mamaroneck, which is in Westchester a couple exits above New Rochelle. There is a game store right here, we could probably arrange a game at night after work, if you wanted to get a game of Warmahordes-I'm VERY new to the game, so super casual and you're likely to win a lot.

Ha! RB and I are talking about the same store in Mamaroneck. It's called Modern Myths, and I work right across the street from the place-I mean, there's definitely nowhere more convenient for me, for sure. I have Khador, Cygnar, and the 2-player Hordes starter, all available for games. I sold/started selling off all my GW stuff, so that's out, but I could definitely do WM/H, or even X-Wing if you wanted to give that a try. And if you like WHFB, I also have the rules for Kings of War, and your WH models would be perfectly usable.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Due to work, I can usually only ship any sales or trades out on Saturday morning. Please trade/purchase with this in mind.
