So decided to throw my hat in the ring for a titan. actually recieved it about 2 years ago and was a bit intimidated to actually build it. Lots and Lots of bags of parts lol. But anywho, This is my progress to Titan Fatherhood. :-D

Side note, i know Legio Crucious is supposed to be trimmed in gold. I just like the silver look better. *Shrugs*

Exalted! THAT is what a warhound should look like!

Excellent job, fantastic execution & attention to detail. It oozes character. LOVE it. Hands down the best Titan I have seen on Dakka, BEFORE you added the LED lighting, and I've been here a hot minute. (Circa 2006)

Would love to see it mounted to a scenic base some time.

Thanks for sharing it, you should be proud of such a stunning model & it's no surprise to me it won.

Take it easy.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Thank you Adamsouza. it's kind of a simple trick that when i thought of it, it was a "Oh that's stupid easy" moment lol.

Tracing paper is translucent. i just pointed the two LED's inside the head at the paper i glued over the window and presto! glowing eyes. :-D

Is it a bad idea to add Knight titans to my Legio? or should i stick to traditional house colors? My vision was to have an army of titans ranging from Revers to Knights, but idk how fluffy that would be. Did Legios have Knights?

It would probably be more fluffy to have them in traditional house colors as I don't believe the Knights were actually a part of the Titan Legions. Having said that, if you want to have knight Titans in the Legio colors go for it! I don't think anyone would complain about it. They will also be useful in defending your Scout and Battle titans from infantry assaults from things like nasty terminators etc.
Love the titan by the way! Can't wait to see your knights, however you choose to paint them.

Had to add a base after it got too hot at the GW display case. made the feet all wonky and it wouldn't stand up right. so now, it's all about that base...
