This is my take on a couple standard issue Imperial vehicles (the Arvus Lighter, Aquila Lander) as well as an overhaul of Sentry Guns.

Let me know if there's anything else that should be added and what you think of what's in it right now.

Second Draft is up, only the back cover needs to be done. I'm fairly content where the units are barring something I've missed.

Check out my other works in my Signature. All references to the Sisters of Battle refer to my own Homebrew Codex: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/609583.page#7102148

Seems quite decent, nothing pops up as problametic.

But I must ask-where did you get the art essest for it? (the page background, symbols and stuff)

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.

I don't really understand the point of this, besides copy/pasting some FW rules for people who don't have the books. Why do these units need to be made available to all Imperial armies instead of just the ones that can take them under the standard rules? Why not just play an unbound army if you really want to take hyperios platforms with your IG?

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

The Page Backgrounds come from recent Forge World Erratta PDF's.

I made everything myself, obviously based on what's been released by GW. It's all available on my Deviant Art: http://j3fwt.deviantart.com/

The rules aren't just copy-pasted, they've all been tweaked in some way or another. I also added in a whole new sentry gun as well as bringing back and updating the Hyperios for 7th edition.

Some history on the Tarantula Sentry Gun. It was originally called the "Imperial Sentry Gun" and was only available to the Imperial Guard, as was released in Imperial Armour Apocalypse. Some time later GW decided that the Space Marines get exclusive access to it.

Sentry Guns being what they are make sense to be available to all Imperial Forces since Both Space Marines and Imperial Guard use them in canon.

Sentry guns are already available to IG. Take a look at IA1 (2nd edition).

Then what's the problem with IG getting Hyperios Platforms?

It just seems kind of pointless. Giving IG tactical squads probably wouldn't be overpowered, but why would you want to do it? The whole point of having separate armies is that they have different units. Space marines get hyperios platforms, IG get sabre guns and hydras. If you want to mix units from different armies just play unbound, you don't need to make a house rule "supplement" that essentially just says "you can play unbound but still get the battle-forged bonuses".

The IG only get access to 2 new units neither of which are emblematic of the Space Marines. They don't even fill any weaknesses the IG have. Why wouldn't Sentry Guns and Sentry Gun Technology be wide spread across the Imperium?

The only army that really benefits from this supplement is the Sisters of Battle, and they need it.

It's less about mixing units from different armies and more about giving armies access to units they would logically have and use.

There's a huge difference between playing unbound and giving IG a new Sentry Gun Platform.

.... because they're terrified the sentry gun computer system will try to kill all humans, a la the Men of Iron/Bender of Futurama?

Because that's the way it's written. Whatever fluff reasons there are for the limitations on some of the availability of certain technology, the limits are set. If everyone can have everything what's to stop someone from writing a supplement where IG can get power armor simply because they should have access to it? Or why shouldn't Space Marines have Baneblades? It's just a tank and Space Marines drive tanks all the time.

I like the thought put into this, but I think Peregrine is right; it doesn't really add anything that doesn't already exist in some form or another in a different book (in some cases, different armies too).

Updated the Dataslate. Imperial Guard no longer get Hyperios Air Defence Batteries.

I also added the reference pages, let me know how you like the gold accents on the profiles.
