not too bad, white is a hard colour to pull off. In regards feedback i would suggest to do the base in a complitley diffrent colour, eg lush greens as this will give you a lot more contrast and make the white muh brighter

The idea is good and I like certain aspects of the execution, but there's a few things that don't do it for me.
The blood looks off...it would look better if it were more inconsistent in it's coloration and saturation. Some spattering would be in order as well.

Believe it or not, the new Citadel "Blood for the Blood God" technical paint is pretty decent for this effect.

The model also looks heavily drybrushed. Not really a bad thing, but it shows.

I assume since it's a test model, the base is incomplete. As stated before, I'd make it contrasting the overall white color. Not necessarily as drastic as green grass, but dark rocks would do well.

Agreed with Jonny5, paint the base in any other color than white and then work your way back to white. Most winterlandscapes have base of browns and greys and yellows. Once done you can apply dryburshes of whites to get a frosty look and add some modelling snow on top.

Step by step would be:

1) add sand to the base with wood glue (wait 90-100 minutes)
2) a coat of a medium or dark base paint (not black, never black)
3) Drybrush tints (lighter colors) on top of your base color(s).
4) drybursh make sure its not too much white on top of all colors.
5) add snow to the base
6) paint the rim of the base in a medium or dark brown or black. (always keep the rim at least slightly darker than the base)

done.

should take you about 10-20 minutes not calculating the drying time of paint and glue.

Hope that helps

Do you mean the blood on the juggers mouth or on the base???

Also for the base, should I add some bushes etc. to make the base less barren?

I'm referring specifically to the blood on the Jugger.
As for the blood on the base, I would ditch that entirely or limit it to a few drops. I don't see why it's there in the first place or in that quantity. Unless the Jugger just puked a whole batch of blood (likely), there's no "source" for it and the amount of blood on the mini doesn't justify it coming from there.

As for the base, I would paint the rocks a dark color, add some texture paint to the flat area, and paint that a dark color as well.
It's hard to advise about the base because I don't know what your intent is for the theme.

If it's ice world/snow, I'd throw some dark rocks and textures in there for contrast, and then throw on some snow in patches or around the rocks. For snow, a good mix that I like to use is combining water effects, GW snow, and some drops of pure white paint until you create a thick paste. You can then apply this paste and the paste will naturally settle to look like fallen snow. A cheaper solution is to use PVA glue with baking soda as well, I just get better results with the W/E as the base.

He's pretty great, the blue glow works really well with the white, which is by far the hardest colour to shade. Its way more interesting than the GW scheme.

If its lacking one thing, its a contrasting secondary colour. Without this it looks too inanimate / like a statue. If that is intentional then all well and good, but personally I would paint the unarmoured areas / inner workings of the jugger and rider a darker colour, it would really emphasise that white.

I think the frozen looking blood looks awesome. It really looks like blood that was dripped into the snow. He has a white walker feel to him. I wouldn't change the blood especially on the base. About the only thing I would do is paint the edge of the base black. I know some people like to have it the same color as the top, but I always like to paint mine black.

As for the base and model together, they really feel like they are out in the winter. I think if you change the base to a different color it will lose the northern effect.
