Hello, my name is Matthew and I'm about 3 months into warhammer 40k and painting models.
I'm taking commissions at my local hobby shop, and I have been painting this hell drake for a client.
He specifically requested a galaxy like paint job with a tzeench theme (or however you spell it :p).
I wanted to see if you guys could see the galaxy effects, and what you think.
Now it's a WIP.
He also requested that I used metallic paints on the trims, which is fine but I normally use the NMM technique.
Does anyone have any good tips on how to paint with the metallic paints? (I call them glitter paints).

Also I apologize for the bad pic quality, I'm working on that problem.
And I'm using the P3 rhunic gold and bronze(not sure if that helps, I just know you have to do different things with certain paints)

Looking great! Just a heads up, a mod will probably move this to the regular Painting and Modeling forum. This one is supposed to be exclusively for 100% completed models.
Looking great though. Once all that trim gets filled in, it will really tie it together.
I agree with you though, I think NMM would look better in this instance.

Yeah, but I'm kinda glad I didn't do all that trim in NMM.
I would be painting the same model for the entire millennial reign!
