I like it! The darker grey feels a bit more in keeping with their character, to my mind, than the pale, powder blue-grey I sometimes see.
As for adding more yellow, I don't think a touch more would hurt, but I'm not sure where, exactly, you could/should put it. Some yellow dags on the red of the chainsword might work well and you could always color the odd kneepad. Beyond that, though, I fear you risk moving into "tweaked scheme of a successor chapter" territory if you start coloring many more elements.
On the chipping, I say "do it, but keep a light touch." I generally feel that weathering for minis, when not a core thematic element (Orks, Nurgle, etc.), is very much a 'less is more' sort of thing. The very fine pattern you have, if carried too far around all the edges of plates, may just mask your edge highlights and muddy the models' lines. Fewer and denser patches than on your test model would work better, I think.
