Any game system, any game, any company.
I came to about €1,300 on 40k/HH stuff, thats everything from flock basing kits to a Hierophant. Not all through GW direct mind.
Id say a rough breakdown was:
Books and novels: 300
Models: 850
Modelling mats: 150
Space Hulk: 100

I spent about $150 - $200 on warhammer stuff, mostly a few sweet big models and several paints. What was nice was that I also had quite a few gifts oh the warhammer variety.

And like BairdEC said, more than I should have, less than I wanted to

Probably about $500 -600 all together I'd wager. Down quite a bit from previous years - as I've really been trying to focus on painting what I have.

About $250.

All on infinity. Including the 3rd ed rulebook.

After 27+ years in the hobby, I don't have the "needs" to buy it all - and even when I was younger, it was a rare year that I spent more than $500. That includes for terrain workings.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Roughly 500 USD in several smaller hobby-related crowdfunding campaigns, and more or less the same in miniature buys - new stuff (Infinity, terrain, smaller companies) and Ebay (GW products).

That is considerably less than what I spent last year. The savings went more or less entirely into boardgame buys this year, however.

Most of my spending was on X-Wing. Guessing about £150 on that.

Spent significantly less on GW this year and I've sold most of it on again. Taking these sales into account, probably around £50.

Somewhere about £1000 ($1600), though I probably offset that by making about £300-400 selling off older stuff.

2300 euro on internet purchases (including KS), which I track. That's not counting GW releases, which I buy at the FLGS and don't remember everything for the year. I know I got both 40k campaign boxes, the DE Bomber, two Maleceptors.

If you include presents I got others to buy for me!

On GW - less than £30 - entirely on paints and plastic glue.

For DZC - Roughly £120 for starter and rules and a PHR force.

Saga - £50 - rules and models

Bolt Action - £100 - rules and models

X-Wing - £300

Mantic - £150 on Dragon Kings hold

Misc - £250-300 on scenery and storage.

Always looking to meet SE London gamers for Saga, Frostgrave.

I went "crazy" this year after getting a decent-paying job. Last year, I think it was $120 after trades, ebay.. This year, I think I've spent about $300 on models and about $40 on books.

I sold the bulk of my cards in ’99 (to help with the down payment on my house) The ones I kept were my alpha/beta cards. Which did include such things like an alpha black lotus and beta gauntlets of might signed by the artist. All played, but in reasonable condition. I sold those about a year and a half ago to fuel my 40k hobby. There might be a land/common doing duty as a bookmark in a forgotten tome somewhere in the house, but I’m pretty M:tG free these days. I’ve got a shelf full of boxes for other card games, but that’s another story.

I spent a large chunk of it in ’13, less this year. My blog here on Dakka was started pretty much because of the influx of cash. Almost gone now. Once I spend the last $~100 I’ll probably post a summery of what you can get with $2,030 in store credit. (Hint: it’s a reasonably size Eldar and SM force, plus lots of books and extras)

And to correct my post from earlier, I should probably add another $10 for glue, and probably another $10 for some magnets and tacks for a project that didn’t work.
