First time I've worked on my Space Marine army in a while, my improvement in a year is super, faster too, these took approx 18 hours.

I need to get a straighter line with the edge highlights, I really struggle with it.

Cc welcome if constructive.

Enjoy.

Everything is nice and smooth, it's just unfortunate how much they look like Blood Ravens

Great looking squad. Love the marine carrying the ML at his side and pointing - which arm bits did you use for that?

There is maybe slightly too much contrast between the wide edge highlights and darker areas but no doubt these will look great on the tabletop.

Agreed on the contrast, I used to do 3 layers of highlights but its been that long I missed one out and it means theres a harsher transition.

I think the pointy arm came in the dev set, if not the new tactical squad has them. The arm holding the ML I think was an axe arm, trimmed it off and drilled a hole through the hand, I then sniped the handle on the ML and popped it on.

And the rest of the squad finished.
