The weathering is very well done; this thing has seen some work.

Maybe a little bit of blood spatter? Since he's been crushing loyalist heads? IIRC, Isstvaan was a bloodbath.

I have to admit, I was not sure if you used the gritty battle scene to cover for bad painting skills, but looking at your gallery I see you got some nice skills and vivid imagination.
And seeing how you usually use more flamboyant colouring and poses, I think this model is a great show of what your capable of.

Seeing that dread inspired me to comment with a diorama of the dread walking out onto the landing bay to be met by a relic ec dread facepalming.
