Rules:
Advanced Feel no pain: Regular FNP is just not strong enough for an all death company list lets face it! So everyone in the army gets "advanced FNP". Advanced FNP is a 4+ FNP but can't be ignored by instant death. Instead if a model is inflicted with a weapon that would give instant death, you get a regular old FNP save of 5+. Shucks! Well we have to be fair right?
New Units!
Death Company Scouts: They will form the core of your army. They are like regular scouts but they do have advanced FNP! In addition to this, they also carry super bolters that can fire "KER"
rounds! KER stands for Kill Everything Rounds. Like a regular bolter but it can wound anything on a 6 and it also rends vehicles on a 6 as well.
Goliath: This is a very cool multi-wound unit! They are larger than regular marines so they instead have a toughness of 5 and 2 wounds! They wouldn't be caught dead in regular power armor so they instead wear Rosarius power armor which gives them a 3++ invul! They should be about the same points cost as an assault terminator to be fair (QQ). They will of course have Advanced FNP and rending close combat weapons!
Apothichaplain: This is your chaplain but it's also an apothecary how cool is that! The Apothichaplain has an aura ability that will allow all units to re-roll failed AFNP rolls of 1! This is great, and is almost as strong as a double 3++ for your Goliaths!

I'll admit, you HAd me going there! I'm moments away from posting the 'you need to consider balancing/all-DC is already doable/why not adapt existing rules' spiel, then I scroll down and it all become gloriously/painfully clear! Take an exalt for a) creativity and b) getting deadpan humour to work on the internet!
Should have waited for April 1st for maximum points, though!
