Not sure how these interact, can suits not shoot multiple weapons in overwatch due to the Multitrackers wording?

Thanks!

7th still has no restriction on number of weapons you can fire in any other phase than the shooting phase, that I can see.

So either:
1) You treat overwatch as a mini shooting phase, following all the rules. SO multitrackers work, as models are restircted in the number of weapons they can fire; OR
2) You do not treat it as a mini shooting phase, meaning any model can fire as many weapons as they have. A tac marine could fire bolter, bot pistol and throw a krak grenade.

However, only one model in the unit could throw a Krak Grenade.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

The part I'm confused about is under 'Select A Weapon' It says "If a model can shoot with more than one weapon in the same phase and it is equipped with two or more identically named weapons, it shoots with all the same named weapons when that weapon is selected." Wouldn't that not work for Multitrackers then as they're only in the Shooting phase?

Then under 'Which Models Can Fire' it says "typically, a model can only fire a single shooting weapon in the same phase, although some models, such as vehicles or monstrous creatures, can shoot two ore more. Once a model has fired its maximum number of weapons, it cannot fire again that phase." Is because the word 'phase' is generalized and not specific to the Shooting or Assault phase disallow the Overwatch-Multitrackers combination?

I'm admittedly biased as I'd really like the Trackers to be able to shoot many weapons in overwatch I'm just trying to cover my bases if this comes up in a tournie. Thanks!
