The giant looks awesome. Your skin blending skills are solid. Since he's got a bunch of heads on his belt and set of brutal hammers, I'd expect a bit more blood, but even then, there's not much to complain about.

My only minor comment is one of "plot consistency":
I'm guessing that those heads are supposed to be like, other giants that this fellow defeated? They look rather cleanly decapitated.
I would imagine that, if this guy defeated those other dudes with his hammers, that their heads would be a little more squished/cracked (maybe with a broken jaw and missing some teeth).
But seriously! Looks fantastic!

Maybe add a bloody knife on the belt to show he cut off the heads if want to counter the above comments
