Fantastic job! I like that you brought out his face as the central point of the model, but didn't skimp on details elsewhere. The pallid fleshtone on the decapitated head is noteworthy, as well. That being said, Grimgor doesn't exactly play nicely with his 'toys,' so I would expect a little bit more blood on his arm around the stump, and on the axe blade (assuming that he cut the head off, himself).
