I hope one day I learn how to blend like that. Dude in the middle is my favorite, maybe because of the more drastic difference in his color palette.

If you did those for a client, I bet he's super happy with it. I know I would be!

Your blending work is fantastic, and I like the basing, too. My one critique is with the photos themselves. The border is a little bit too prominent, and makes the pictures crowded, detracting from the paintjob. You don't have to ditch them altogether or anything; they add character. Just turn the nob down a bit.
