Hey guys, just wanted to share a few test schemes that I'm working on for a small new Tau force. I painted 2 different oranges and a yellow. In the end I decided to go with the Yellow, but let me know what you guys think.

Not sure why they are upside down, but if you click on them it shows them right side up.

Also top is with flash, bottom is not, bottom shows colors more accurately

I like the yellow best, so good choice! That scheme will look cool on the whole army; I look forward to seeing some fire warriors and battlesuits done in the same scheme!

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

Well, if I can pick your brains, what should the edge highlights be with? An orange, a brighter yellow, or an off white? I've never dealt with yellow before.

It's quite a pain in the arse by the way.
