Love the idea and great use of bitz on the head. Painting is gritty and gruesome in a good way.
The thing that throws me for a loop is the sword handle, or the extreme lack thereof.
It really looks like a gigantic sword is magically shooting out of his fist.

Really well done on the paint scheme and the miniature. I'll make just one suggestion that would make it perfect for me.
I'd reposition the sword so he's dragging it blade-down behind him. Pyramid Head always carried it that way, it is pretty iconic. Right now it doesn't look bad at all, but it does sort of feel like a swashbuckling Pyramid Head

oh i plan to on another one im using these for my Wrack squad sgts and i have 3 squads so far so i still have to make 2 more this was just my test model,and i plan to eventually have 5 squads in total since im playing a Haemy Coven. im exclusively running Haemonculus type units so Haemonculi, Wracks, Grotesques, Talos, Chronos, and Scourges
