Welcome to the wonderful and twisted mind of my emerging Dark Artistry.
The story of this thread is that in collecting my Dark Eldar Army I came up with 2 longer term modelling goals.
1: Is a Beachhead themed display board for the primary detachments of my force.
2:Is that I'm having so much fun with DE that I want to model /build /paint /collect every unit written or hinted at in the Fluff so far.
Let's see which one drives me mad first.
As follows are some WIP examples of my DE Army so far.
I hope to get back into this wider project over the coming months, and complete it as cheaply as I can.
There is a display board challenge in my FLGS so I will be striving to complete as much of this as possible for that deadline.
I've had a few chats in store and they're very supportive, and when it comes to trickier parts, like finecast, I will seek guidance where I can get it.
What follows are some progress shots, and a conversion that was just smashed together.
