Just getting back into the hobby after years of disinterest. Here's my CSM Daemon prince so far. Pinned & glued together with gorilla super glue. The next step will be to clean him up with some green stuff. I have pics from all angles if you guys wanna check him out. The axe is custom, & has teeth kind of like the gore child. Opinions?

Probably keep it simple. Red and copper. Not gonna do heavy weathering, some proper blood effects on the axe should look good. Just don't know what I should do with the skin tone

For the skin, what about black with a grey highlight?

It's a great pose. May be worth blending some bits with greenstuff.

I really don't like the black with grey highlights. I want a rotted flesh tone maybe? Or something like that. I'll definitely fill gaps with green stuff. He's gonna be part of a world eaters army I'm putting together. But I'm going to use copper instead of gold toned brass. For the base might add the small pebbles from the hero basing kit or sand. To go with the piece of slate he's standing on. Yea I thought he looked like he was skating or surfing on the slate. I did that to make him look more imposing on the 60 mm base. I got black krypton primer & GW washes. My brother Bought me nuln oil, agrax earthshade, & blood for the blood God. Other than that I'm going to use acrylics from the craft store. The GW shade was necessary tho. I'll post pics when i progress.

I just primed a shas o Kai's model from the tau. It's an old metal kit my brother bought. Basically as a practice paint. I put a Homemade plastic card world eaters symbol on the axe. Updates coming soon. I added a pic of the plastic card I added I traced a world eaters symbol. It's made from a for sale sign with a number 6 recycle logo. Kinda orky now but I think it'll look nice painted a nice brass tone. Edit: refined the symbol with green stuff.
