For some reason they're gapped decent. Should I sand the backpack or torso ? Or is there supposed to be a gap? Green stuff?

I wouldn't let it bother you too much. Pretty sure mine were like that. Once you've got the arms and pauldrons on it's really not going to notice.

I cut a bit of the plastic away with a hoppy knife so you could push it all the way on.

Are these two diffrent kits?

Seems like an older back pack.

I might be wrong.

Easy mode, cut the nub off the torso so it glues flush. then position the pack slightly higher so it glues flush.

Well it's a Khorne Berzerkers backpack with a forge world torso. But they fit the say way on the original torsos too. So I figured to post a pic of what I'm actually assembling. Thanks for the advice tho guys

I filed the backpack down a few mil so that it would fit flush on the nub with mine.

Is no fun, is no Blinsky!

What about the little knifes in sheathes on the sprue? Do I attach it to their leg or what?

I just left mine without them. Although they look nice dangling from their hips and giving them a more dynamic look, experience showed me that if you carry your models around a lot, they will eventually come off. It's totally up to you

You don't think it'll stay if I put a minor pin to help stabilize it? For my champion of the squad.
Ps can one guy in the squad have a plasma pistol or how does that work?

Yes of course if you pin it it is much better. As for plasma pistols, up to two can take them, even your champ can take it. But don't risk it on your champ because of the gets hot rule
