So, my returning forray into the wallet emptying hobby that is, Warhammer.

These are my nobz and warboss (excuse the poor photo's and their dustiness, it's been a while since I've had them out).

I've also seemed to have lost a nob...

With a large group of boyz and some kopta's to get some green on, I intend to make DA RED JAWZ alive and proper and will have some kustom fluff to come with them, as an ork with a backstory still fights the same as one without it, but it makes him infinitely more interesting!

Just ordered some bits to kitbash a space marine dreadknought I have lying around into a Deff Dread with some shoota's and power klaws to fit in with my fluff for da red jaws!

Bitz are here... Let's go to work! (Expected the Ork icon to be a bit bigger, but we live and forget)

I also found an old landspeeder. Da boyz gon' make it fly again.

Also, managed to rinse ebay for 40+ boyz, a few stormboyz and some deffkopta's.

Dreadknought has been painted. Scratched up the emblem and filed off a skull, wanted to paint it to an Ultramarine's level and time to paint and attach da orky bitz!

Some updates on the looted dread!

Need to do some final touches - washes over the model and use some of the technical paints for some Typhus Corrosion and Blood for the Blood God! And painting da green stuff / shoulder pads.
Green stuff looks a bit of an eye sore, but it'll be fixed up to look like weld marks cos those orky parts don't just clip on!

Waiting on 6 nobz, 10 boyz and 5 more stormboyz then I can comprehend the amount of warboss green I'll need.

I'll get some fluff up soon too, especially about Big Gav and his red jawz!

Dreadknought was missing some shoota's. What a poor Ork man I am that I forgot that it needed shootas! (lighting makes the shoulder pads look a lot brighter. Typhus Corrosion was drybrushed with Runefang Steel / patches painted to give a worn metal look)

Gave the nobz a refresh on their clothes to fit the rest of the boyz that are in the production line and had a bit of fun with the Blood for the Blood God paint...

Got a blog going for the fluff which I'll be continually adding to. Got to finish painting my first squad o' boyz and finish customizing my Ghazghull into Big Chin (fluff exclusive ). Should be fun to do!

Good job on the conversions, you should look into drilling out the gun barrels with a pin vise, they would look a lot better, the ork guns being large barrel and easily noticeable.

Yeah, fully intend to drill the barrels out and fix up the paint when I can get my hands on a drill, probably when I get back from going away for a couple of weeks.

This the full mob minus 6 nobz and 10 stormboyz. Don't think it's big enough...
