Hey everyone I just tried wet blending for the first time and wanted your guys opinions on it. Did I do well? What could I improve upon?
Any feed back would be great thanks!

Can't quite make out what it is in the photo.

The few white details look crisp, but I cannot see where any blending might exist.

Maybe a new photo that is clearer would help?

What are you looking for feedback on? The grey blended to the black? Technically, that looks fine to me, but it's lost a little bit on the model (not enough contrast), and obviously the model isn't done, so it's hard to tell what you're trying to achieve.

By the way, it's easier on the eyes if the image is rotated to the correct orientation

for transition from black to white over such a short distance, wet blending does not seem worthwhile.

It seems worth using on larger areas where you want a smooth transitions like shade to highlight on a cloak.

for highlights like that on black you should take it through another colour first to avoid making it look faded like a grey highlight usually does. blue is pretty forgiving if its your first time trying it.

Looking pretty good, though it's very abrupt the way it stops around the sigil on the panel.

Thanks for all the replys guys! I'm going to paint it over and try again this time with a more blueish hint to is. Little more forgive and will add to the blue that will be glowing on the model
