After a week or so of on off painting this is my first box of ork boyz and a couple of nobz.
These are the first things ive painted in over 10 years and I would appreciate some advice for a practical beginner. I know they arnt going to win any awards any time soon but would what standard would you consider them? Is this "tabletop" standard?

Nice work! I do love blue orks.

Yes, I would say they are "tabletop standard" (3 colours and based = good enough for a game). To improve, I would suggest paying more attention to mold lines, they are especially noticeable at the ends of the shootas and choppas facing the camera. A wash to add some shadow and contrast would be a good idea. The more you paint, the better your models will look. Keep up the good work!
