Both the Malus Darkblade and Valten are foot versions of their normal models. The former was only available at a GW roadshow during the release of the Dark Elf 6th ed book and the latter was only available during GW's Storm of Chaos campaign (a foot version of Archaon was the Games Day model in the same year).

The last one is Prince Althran, who is part of the current High Elf range.

I don't know about the other two, but Malus on foot is pretty valuable. Sells on e-bay for over thirty dollars pretty regularly.
