So I recently started collecting space wolves to play~ woo!
and these are the 1st minis I painted. some minis have been converted a little (dread had no feet and the plasma flag guy was originally a standard AoBR marine etc...) also I tried a little stencil work on the top of the rhino and thinks it looks cool!
bases are not done.
(also a little guardsman stuck in the mud at the end!)

I love me some looted stuff, and the terminator with the tau gun looks interesting. bet the rhino gunner would look cool if you drilled out the barrels, too.

you should get some 000 or 0000 brushes and try for some detail!

the clear yellow plastic rods in the guns is a neat effect. Did you just glue them on? they look pretty straight.

after you are done painting and washing, hit the center areas up with the original color, then pick a lighter color and do the edges. highlights!

Or do the edges with silver, so it looks like the paint scraped off their armor.


biggest gripe is the wall. that offwhite eggshell color is terrible. You should try something warmer that doesnt look institutional.

not bad my advice would be to try and guide the wash to the areas that need the wash such as recessess etc, then touch up with the base colour again. not bad to start with and some cool conversions too. the wolf on the rhino looks badass, Love that
