If you want to use a white background, you need to figure out how to compensate the exposure up 1 stop or so. If you cant/want do this, just use a mid grey background.

Looks pretty good I'd say, love the pallid flesh of the hound. I've had hell with cameras, at the end of the day I figure it's cheaper to add an apology and hope people see through the poor picture quality - and it's not that bad. Like the head swap as well.
