Road-Raging Blood Angel Biker

Just thought I would share this. Played a battle of 40k recently, Blood Angels versus Chaos Space Marines. In the first combat round, my DeathCompany charge in, Lemartes has the highest initiative step so goes first. He gets 4 hits through and wounds the enemy unit on a 2+, I roll 4 dice at the same time and all four get a 1. The odds of that are pretty slim. All I needed was at least 1 bloody 2 or more!!!!!
Has anyone else had any freakishly ridiculous good/bad luck happen to them like this in a game?

1st turn, Dark Eldar fires 12 Dark Lances against my puny TX-42 Piranha squad. He promptly misses 8 of them, penetrates with 1 and glances with 1 as well. I manage to jink the penetrating one. He gives up the game after that

Three attacks, all at S9 AP2 in Assault, if I land just one of them I get Slay the Warlord, another Objective Card to the same effect and secure my victory without hassle. All hit, all roll a 1 to Wound... It wasn't pretty. But honestly, I expect it these days. Doesn't even surprise me when I roll that bad.

Several years ago (Fourth or fifth edition 40K). I had a Dark Eldar Raider with Lord and 5 Incubi in. My opponent checked to see if he could shoot with his scout squad, measured, and only the scout leader was in range with his bolt pistol.
Time slows. His eyes narrow. He fires, and rolls the dice. The Raider goes up in flames. An explosion. Three Incubi vaporised. The Archon, screaming in frustration, his 2+ Shadow Field collapsed. A cocky smile hovered onto the Marine player's face.

The next day, a fresh body was pulled from the river in Nottingham.

Mine would have to be losing my Company Master, Company Champion and Veteran Sgt one after the other in a challenge against my brother's Khornate Chaos Champion. Which then resulted in Apotheosis, and his shiny new Daemon Prince chopping his way through a few more things...

lol - I love hearing stories like that as it shows that no matter how well planned or dead cert things are in a game, nothing is predictable.
I feel a lot better seeing that I am not the only one that suffers from the odd ridiculous luck.

Recent game.
I got the first turn, scrolls of magnus causes a wound and I fail my 3+ invuln save.
750 point Oblitorators death star with 2 terminator sorcs.
First power I cast I perils and roll a 1, fail leadership, 275 Sorc gone, roll a 6, fail 5/6 4+ invulnerable saves.
1 oblit left with 1 wound and a budget 150 Sorc with 2 wounds and I didn't even do anything yet.

Four ones? pah.
Yesterday was a verge-of-ragequit game. My necrons vs. Ravenwing. I had several multiple-1 rolls...
Seized the initiative - did diddly squat on turn 1. An absolute boatload of 1's and 2's rolled, all game.
I lost four lychguard (in the Orikan/rec legion star) to bolter fire from a scout squad and two fliers. I appear to be good at rolling 2's.
At the end of the game, I'd killed two ravenwing bikers (Tomb blade beamer fire; they got lit up by Typhoons next turn) and three Black Knights (Catacomb command barge with Gauntlet of the Conflagrator; he died to plasma overwatch on the way in to assault); plus one of the land speeders (Wraiths made it in with an 11" charge against the squadron, made two glances and a pen from 20 attacks...).
Final score was 10-7 Maelstrom. Bit frustrating, really! Sometimes the dice just don't... play dice >_<

Devastating Dark Reaper

Wow, some of these are painful to read. Also quite amusing, knowing the deadliest warriors in the galaxy are slipping on their capes all the time.
For my example, my eldar were facing off against the Death Korps of Krieg. I had a very unfortunate Wraithblades squad. For a start, their wave serpent exploded, and one of them managed to get himself killed in the explosion. In the following turn, the spiritseer leading them cast protect to give them 2+ saves. Naturally, he suffered from perils, and gave himself a wound (could be a lot worse). The most upsetting thing was that the guard player basically ignored them, but ended up hitting them by accident with blast markers (heavy mortars, griffon mortars, mortar mortars...) and what do you think they rolled for their saves? I'm sure you can guess. Similarly, my striking scorpions were pinned down, and with shadowstrike active, still managed to fail an ungodly amount of saves. Of 10, only 1 reached the enemy lines. My banshees did not fair much better (yes, I was playing assault eldar, come at me!), they reached the enemy company commander without incident, but after 2 rounds of amazing swordsmanship by the human and a lot of refractor field saves, he'd killed the whole squad! A Wraithlord stepped on him later, but damn, that was one badass commander.
Back in the 6th edition codex, I had a full hp crimson hunter shot down by a single heavy bolter from a Valkyrie. I went on to murder the imperials in that one, but it was still infuriating!
Those are the ones that stick out at the moment, might think of some more later.

I saw an ork horde army with two Big Meks both screw the pooch and roll snake eyes for their Shokk Attack Guns, vaporizing a quarter of his army before the opponent even had a chance to shoot at him.
I have also had a single Space Marine sergeant single ha deadly defeat an enemy army of Necrons in the last turn, charging a maximized unit of warriors, inflicting a single casualty, forcing a morale test, and then destroying all of them on the sweep, inflicting exactly enough casualties to phase the army.

My Master of Ordnance likes to roll bad and hit his own troops. To many times have I rolled a scatter that went over to my troops and take them out.
