Hi, I'm after a bit or two for converting. Anyone know where I can get hold ad a generic space marine Chaplin head? Happy to use a third party on this. Also a tec marine head and harness

There are some chaos heads that fit the bill for chaplins.
Tec marine heads can be gotten out of most flyer kits
The harness it self however you will need to scratch.
it might be possible to use one of the new admec kit torsos but not sure of size.

For third party parts, go with Anvil Industries Skull Helmets:

Anvil Industries' stuff will probably be cleaner and far cheaper, but Custom minis makes some good stuff.
You could also pick up the Reclusiam Command Squad, since the Chaplain in that comes with a helmet and a bare head option.
Also the Forge World Night Lords Terror Squad helmet upgrade kit has lots of options for Chaplain models.

Night Lords Terror Squad heads on Forge world could work. They have the skeletal look to them. Not cheap though but that's what you get from FW.
