Hello all,

I ordered $60 dollars worth of minatures from Chapterhouse on 8/15/15 and still haven't received my order. I emailed the company through the email sent to me from them, confirming my purchase, and placed the same question on their website in the comments/questions section, and haven't received any response at all! I had ordered from them in the past, with no problems at all. I am getting irritated and impatient because I do not believe it takes a month and half to deliver a package.

If anyone else's put there has experienced this problem with Chapterhouse please let me know what my options are. Has the company closed down, does tit take longer to receive certain kits over others? I still want the items I have ordered but if that is not possible I at least believe I am entitled to a refund. If anyone can shed some light on my situation it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

There have been a couple threads here on Dakka which suggest they have been out of business or inactive since around April of this year. Can't remember where I saw that thread though.

Glad I never put an order in for their Razorback turrets then. Very unfortunate.

Try ringing them up.

I myself have the same issue. Ordered on Sept 13 paid for and everything so far nothing. Just called and left a voicemail. I really hope he is not scamming folks.

That came and went (they got unfrozen).

Since lots of people have said "no response" or "they've taken my money and I haven't heard from them", and nobody has actually received product recently, I wouldn't send them more money without confirming that they exist, myself

Thank you to everyone for the replies. I wonder if getting in touch with PayPal will help? I used their service with Chapterhouse, shouldn't they find out if the company is still operating?

If you paid with a credit card or paypal you can file a claim to reverse your payment. You'll need to provide proof of the order and the payment and tell them that you never received your product. The company is then contacted by paypal or the credit card company to disprove the claim. If they cannot or do not then you'll get your money refunded back to you.

Pretty simple process, you just need to kick it off. Credit card companies, banks and paypal have different time limits, though, so get something filed now.

A claim through PayPal needs to be lodged within I think 40 days, so don't hang around.

180 days, as of November last year.

But it's still always better to get the process going now.

Man, this is gonna suck if it's true. I really wanted one of their conversion kits for the Stormraven.

Me too. Been eyeing that one up for a while, cracking kit. I guess the pressure of the case etc was maybe too much for a small company. Let's not be too harsh on chapter house they did a mighty service to the gaming community. Hope everyone gets their money back.

I had the same problem - it took a bloody year. Ordered it in August last year, received it a few weeks ago.

Yikes, their website is still up and appears functional, the shopping cart certainly works.

Surely if they are out of business, then their website should be taken down?

Well we shall see if this was just a massive wait or business troubles for Chapterhouse. Received an email last week saying my order had been shipped. Still haven't received it but at least I am getting what I payed for haha. Anyone else here getting their orders as well.

It is that bad at Chapterhouse, the website might not be at the top of their to-do list...

Is there a way to check whether they are still a registered trading company?
